1. How do I set up an account?
Easy. Simply fax/send us credit information and company specific information(Remit to address, Ship to address) on a form of your choice and a manufacture's certificate so we know how much tax to apply. This can be done in minutes.
2. Do you make catalogue gears?
No. Not in the sense of "off the shelf." We can begin a program for you that will mirror an off the shelf solution if your requirements justify it. See our services section.
3. Can Carnes-Miller make metric gears?
Absolutely. We have most tooling in house already.
4. Do you have a minimum order?
Not at all. We do 1 pc and up. No minimum charges apply.
5. Do you work with material other than steel?
Yes. We work with bronze, aluminum, nylon, phenolic, delrin, tool steel. Call and inquire.
No. Check out our services and capabilities sections. We manufacture sprockets, timing pulleys, internal and external splines, and individual services such as broaching or thread grinding to name a few.

Yes.
