Synchroflex And Htd Pulleys
CMG can manufacture on a make to order basis both Synchronous and HTD toothed pulleys in either english or metric dimensions.The same process can be used to cut pulleys as is used to cut gears, so it only makes sense to offer this service. CMG can manufacture sprockets made to order up to 22.0” in diameter and 5.0” if face width.
CMG does not stock pulleys as a standard product offering, it is strictly make to order.
CMG is not competitive with Martin Gear and Sprocket or Browning, or other manufacturers that make standard product lines in pulleys. There are times when a standard product requires too much rework or the material required is not offered, or delivery is an issue that is when we can become competitive. If you have to have pulleys re-bored, re-keyed, additional milling or a different material, CMG is ready to help.
